Swimming Pool Rules
Effective as of November, 2008
Pool Hours: 6:00am – 11:00 pm
1. Pool is open during posted hours only. Anyone in the pool or pool areas when the pool is closed is trespassing.
2. No pets allowed inside fenced area. No glass allowed inside fenced area.
3. Each member household must have pool pass in their possession in order to use the pool. Members not in good standing with BPVPOA are not allowed to use the pool. Pool is for members, their immediate households, and accompanied guests only. This may be modified in advance by the BPVPOA or its designee.
4. There is no maintenance staff to clean the pool area. Each member is responsible for keeping the pool in a safe and clean condition. Clean up after your pool usage.
5. Appropriate bathing attire is required at all times; pool is not clothing optional. Street clothes (shorts, t-shirts) are not considered bathing attire.
6. Children are not allowed to wear diapers in the pool. Swim diapers are allowed.
7. Minimum age for pool usage without direct adult supervision is 14. An adult is anyone over 18.
8. No one in the pool area without their pool pass with them. If you are a guest, you must have the resident with you that has their pool pass on them.
9. Shower before using the pool.
10. Please remove sun screen and tanning oils before entering the pool.
11. No one under the age 18 is permitted in the pool past 10:00 pm.
12. No food, gum or drinks are allowed in the pool. Keep music volume respectful of others. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
13. Report any unsafe conditions to BPVPOA immediately.
14. The pool will close during thunderstorms, if there is broken glass in or near the pool, or in any dangerous situations.
15. Pool may be briefly closed due to servicing, when, in the opinion of BPVPOA or the pool servicer, it is unsafe to occupy.
16. No running, pushing, diving or horseplay is allowed for your safety.
17. Emergency life saving equipment shall be used in life threatening emergencies only.
18. No Bikes, mopeds, skateboards, or any other vehicles are permitted in the pool area. They may be left inside next to the gate only.
If you are in violation of these rules BPVPOA or its designee can evict you from the pool and may result in suspension of pool usage.
Please treat this pool and pool area with respect.
