This beautiful facility was named after Dorothy Duke, the founder of Florida Home Partnership, in honor of her vision to not only build affordable homes, but thriving communities.
At approximately 5,000 square-feet, the clubhouse has both large and small party rooms to accommodate a maximum of 177 people, and a beach entry swimming pool for the small room rental.
Attached to the main hall is a full catering kitchen facility, bar area, and small office space. Outside, lines of palm trees and a clock tower make this Key West-themed center an extraordinary sight in the community.
